Italian Walleye
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 teas. Italian dressing
1/2 teas. basil leaves
1/4 teas. oregano leaves.
2 tbl parsley, chopped
dash of pepper
1 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 lb. walleye, 1/2 inch thick
Cut fish into serving size pieces while oven is heating to 350 degrees. Place fish in 9x13 pan and pour sauce over. Sprinkle the seasoning, parsley, oregano, basil and pepper on. Top with the shredded cheese and bake for about 25 minutes until fish flakes in thickest part.
